En utilisant l'application Rival Crew (« l'Application »), vous acceptez les présentes conditions d'utilisation. Si vous n'acceptez pas ces conditions, veuillez ne pas utiliser l'Application.
📱 1. Description du service
Rival Crew est une application mobile de mini-jeux multijoueur en temps réel, disponible sur iOS et Android. L'Application propose 13 mini-jeux, un système d'amis, un chat intégré, des classements et des fonctionnalités de groupes.
👤 2. Création de compte
Pour utiliser l'Application, vous devez créer un compte avec une adresse email valide, un mot de passe et un nom d'utilisateur. Un identifiant unique (PartyTag) vous sera attribué automatiquement.
Vous êtes responsable de la confidentialité de vos identifiants de connexion. Tout usage effectué depuis votre compte est présumé réalisé par vous. Si vous pensez que votre compte a été compromis, contactez-nous immédiatement.
Vous devez avoir au moins 13 ans pour créer un compte. Si vous êtes mineur (entre 13 et 18 ans), vous confirmez avoir l'autorisation d'un parent ou tuteur légal.
✅ 3. Utilisation acceptable
Vous vous engagez à utiliser l'Application de manière responsable. Il est notamment interdit de :
• Harceler, insulter ou menacer d'autres utilisateurs via le chat ou tout autre moyen.
• Usurper l'identité d'un autre utilisateur ou d'une tierce personne.
• Utiliser des logiciels de triche, bots, scripts automatisés ou tout outil modifiant le fonctionnement normal des jeux.
• Exploiter des failles ou bugs à des fins d'avantage déloyal (merci de les signaler via le système de rapport de bug intégré).
• Diffuser du contenu illégal, haineux, discriminatoire ou sexuellement explicite dans le chat.
• Créer plusieurs comptes dans le but de manipuler les classements.
• Tenter d'accéder aux données d'autres utilisateurs ou de compromettre la sécurité de l'Application.
💬 4. Chat et contenu utilisateur
Le chat intégré permet la communication entre joueurs. Vous êtes entièrement responsable des messages que vous envoyez. Nous nous réservons le droit de supprimer tout contenu inapproprié et de suspendre ou bannir les comptes en infraction.
Nous ne surveillons pas les conversations en temps réel, mais nous nous réservons le droit de le faire en cas de signalement ou de suspicion d'abus.
💰 5. Achats intégrés et abonnements
L'Application peut proposer des achats intégrés (abonnements, suppression de publicités). Ces achats sont traités par les plateformes Apple App Store et Google Play Store selon leurs conditions respectives.
Les abonnements se renouvellent automatiquement sauf annulation au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours. Vous pouvez gérer vos abonnements dans les paramètres de votre appareil. Les remboursements sont soumis aux politiques d'Apple et de Google.
📢 6. Publicités
L'Application peut afficher des publicités, notamment des publicités récompensées (vidéos optionnelles en échange de bonus in-game). Les publicités sont fournies par des partenaires tiers (Google AdMob) et sont soumises à leurs propres conditions.
🎨 7. Propriété intellectuelle
L'ensemble du contenu de l'Application (code, graphismes, sons, textes, noms de jeux, logo « Rival Crew ») est la propriété exclusive de Rival Crew et est protégé par les lois sur la propriété intellectuelle. Toute reproduction, modification ou distribution non autorisée est interdite.
⚠️ 8. Limitation de responsabilité
L'Application est fournie « en l'état », sans garantie d'aucune sorte. Nous ne pouvons garantir que le service sera ininterrompu, exempt d'erreurs ou totalement sécurisé.
Nous ne sommes pas responsables des pertes de données, de progression de jeu ou de tout dommage indirect résultant de l'utilisation de l'Application. Notre responsabilité totale est limitée au montant que vous nous avez versé au cours des 12 derniers mois.
🚫 9. Suspension et résiliation
Nous nous réservons le droit de suspendre ou de supprimer votre compte sans préavis en cas de violation de ces conditions. Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte à tout moment en nous contactant.
🔄 10. Modifications
Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier ces conditions à tout moment. Les modifications entreront en vigueur dès leur publication. En continuant à utiliser l'Application après une modification, vous acceptez les nouvelles conditions.
⚖️ 11. Droit applicable
Les présentes conditions sont régies par le droit français. Tout litige sera soumis à la compétence exclusive des tribunaux français compétents.

By using the Rival Crew application ("the App"), you agree to these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the App.
📱 1. Service Description
Rival Crew is a real-time multiplayer mobile mini-games application, available on iOS and Android. The App offers 13 mini-games, a friends system, built-in chat, leaderboards, and group features.
👤 2. Account Creation
To use the App, you must create an account with a valid email address, a password, and a username. A unique identifier (PartyTag) will be automatically assigned to you.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any use made from your account is presumed to be by you. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are a minor (between 13 and 18), you confirm that you have parental or legal guardian consent.
✅ 3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App responsibly. The following is prohibited:
• Harassing, insulting, or threatening other users through chat or any other means.
• Impersonating another user or third party.
• Using cheat software, bots, automated scripts, or any tool that modifies normal game behavior.
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage (please report them via the built-in bug report system).
• Sharing illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit content in chat.
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards.
• Attempting to access other users' data or compromise the App's security.
💬 4. Chat and User Content
The built-in chat allows communication between players. You are fully responsible for messages you send. We reserve the right to delete inappropriate content and suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms.
We do not monitor conversations in real time but reserve the right to do so following reports or suspicion of abuse.
💰 5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The App may offer in-app purchases (subscriptions, ad removal). These purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store under their respective terms.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your device settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's policies.
📢 6. Advertising
The App may display advertisements, including rewarded ads (optional videos in exchange for in-game bonuses). Ads are provided by third-party partners (Google AdMob) and are subject to their own terms.
🎨 7. Intellectual Property
All App content (code, graphics, sounds, text, game names, "Rival Crew" logo) is the exclusive property of Rival Crew and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
⚠️ 8. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We cannot guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We are not liable for data loss, game progress loss, or any indirect damages resulting from using the App. Our total liability is limited to amounts you have paid us in the last 12 months.
🚫 9. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account without notice in case of violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
🔄 10. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. By continuing to use the App after a change, you accept the updated terms.
⚖️ 11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

Door de applicatie Rival Crew ("de App") te gebruiken, gaat u akkoord met deze gebruiksvoorwaarden. Als u deze voorwaarden niet accepteert, gebruik de App dan niet.
📱 1. Beschrijving van de dienst
Rival Crew is een realtime multiplayer mobiele mini-games applicatie, beschikbaar op iOS en Android. De App biedt 13 mini-games, een vriendensysteem, ingebouwde chat, ranglijsten en groepsfuncties.
👤 2. Account aanmaken
Om de App te gebruiken, moet u een account aanmaken met een geldig e-mailadres, een wachtwoord en een gebruikersnaam. Een unieke identificatie (PartyTag) wordt automatisch aan u toegewezen.
U bent verantwoordelijk voor het vertrouwelijk houden van uw inloggegevens. Elk gebruik vanuit uw account wordt geacht door u te zijn gedaan. Als u denkt dat uw account is gehackt, neem dan onmiddellijk contact met ons op.
U moet minstens 13 jaar oud zijn om een account aan te maken. Als u minderjarig bent (tussen 13 en 18 jaar), bevestigt u dat u toestemming heeft van een ouder of wettelijke voogd.
✅ 3. Aanvaardbaar gebruik
U stemt ermee in de App op verantwoorde wijze te gebruiken. Het volgende is verboden:
• Andere gebruikers lastigvallen, beledigen of bedreigen via chat of andere middelen.
• Zich uitgeven voor een andere gebruiker of derde partij.
• Cheat-software, bots, geautomatiseerde scripts of tools gebruiken die het normale spelverloop wijzigen.
• Bugs of glitches misbruiken voor oneerlijk voordeel (meld ze via het ingebouwde bugrapportsysteem).
• Illegale, haatdragende, discriminerende of seksueel expliciete inhoud delen in de chat.
• Meerdere accounts aanmaken om ranglijsten te manipuleren.
• Proberen toegang te krijgen tot gegevens van andere gebruikers of de beveiliging van de App in gevaar te brengen.
💬 4. Chat en gebruikersinhoud
De ingebouwde chat maakt communicatie tussen spelers mogelijk. U bent volledig verantwoordelijk voor berichten die u verstuurt. We behouden ons het recht voor om ongepaste inhoud te verwijderen en accounts die deze voorwaarden overtreden op te schorten of te verbannen.
We monitoren gesprekken niet in real-time, maar behouden ons het recht voor dit te doen na meldingen of vermoeden van misbruik.
💰 5. In-app aankopen en abonnementen
De App kan in-app aankopen aanbieden (abonnementen, advertentieverwijdering). Deze aankopen worden verwerkt via de Apple App Store en Google Play Store onder hun respectieve voorwaarden.
Abonnementen worden automatisch verlengd tenzij minstens 24 uur voor het einde van de huidige periode geannuleerd. U kunt abonnementen beheren in uw apparaatinstellingen. Terugbetalingen zijn onderworpen aan het beleid van Apple en Google.
📢 6. Reclame
De App kan advertenties weergeven, waaronder beloonde advertenties (optionele video's in ruil voor in-game bonussen). Advertenties worden geleverd door externe partners (Google AdMob) en zijn onderworpen aan hun eigen voorwaarden.
🎨 7. Intellectueel eigendom
Alle inhoud van de App (code, graphics, geluiden, teksten, spelnamen, "Rival Crew" logo) is het exclusieve eigendom van Rival Crew en wordt beschermd door wetten op intellectueel eigendom. Elke ongeautoriseerde reproductie, wijziging of verspreiding is verboden.
⚠️ 8. Beperking van aansprakelijkheid
De App wordt geleverd "zoals het is" zonder enige garantie. We kunnen niet garanderen dat de dienst ononderbroken, foutloos of volledig veilig zal zijn.
We zijn niet aansprakelijk voor gegevensverlies, verlies van spelvoortgang of enige indirecte schade als gevolg van het gebruik van de App. Onze totale aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot de bedragen die u ons in de afgelopen 12 maanden heeft betaald.
🚫 9. Opschorting en beëindiging
We behouden ons het recht voor om uw account zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving op te schorten of te verwijderen bij overtreding van deze voorwaarden. U kunt uw account op elk moment verwijderen door contact met ons op te nemen.
🔄 10. Wijzigingen
We behouden ons het recht voor om deze voorwaarden op elk moment te wijzigen. Wijzigingen worden van kracht bij publicatie. Door de App te blijven gebruiken na een wijziging, accepteert u de bijgewerkte voorwaarden.
⚖️ 11. Toepasselijk recht
Deze voorwaarden worden beheerst door Frans recht. Elk geschil wordt voorgelegd aan de exclusieve bevoegdheid van de bevoegde Franse rechtbanken.
